Today I am going to share a recipe for aloe vera hair oil that will make your hair super long and strong
To prepare this hair oil you will need
- Aloe vera gel
- Coconut oil
- Vitamin E capsules – 2
First, take aloe vera gel in a bowl, if you do not have fresh aloe vera gel, you can also use gels available in the market. I prefer fresh one. You will need around half bowl of aloe vera gel
Now in this add half bowl of coconut oil. Make sure that gel and oil should be in the same amount
Now put this mixture on low heat until oil changes its color. It will take around 5 minutes and oil will become light yellow in color
Now let it cool and then filter this oil
Finally, add oil of 2 vitamin E capsules in this and your aloe vera hair oil is ready to use
Benefits of aloe vera for hair
Many readers have asked me so many times, is aloe vera really good for hair?
The answer is ‘Yes’. Aloe vera is one of the most magical and beneficial ingredients you could put in your hair.
Below there are some well-known facts about this magical plant
Aloe vera contains proteolytic enzymes which help heal and repair the damaged cells in your scalp. This improves follicle health and indirectly boosts healthy and faster hair growth.
Not only does the proteolytic enzyme help heal the scalp, but it also helps stimulate dormant hair follicles, promoting hair regrowth.
It also helps curb hair fall and controls hair shedding, ensuring that your hair remains thick and voluminous.
It has anti-inflammatory properties that help soothe your scalp of irritation and aggravation.
Its antifungal and antiviral properties help cure dandruff and flaking.
Aloe vera’s high content of protein, vitamins, and minerals help it nourish your follicles and hair efficiently.
The moisture content of aloe vera helps condition your hair, locking in nutrients and hydration.
How often use this oil:
USe this oil 2-3 times a week. Massage your scalp for 5 minutes with this oil and leave it overnight. Shampoo your hair next day
