Bollywood’s style queen Sonam Kapoor got married in a big fat Indian wedding yesterday. And as the Indian wedding rituals, the actress also celebrated her mehndi and sangeet ceremony with her family and close friends. While the bride to be dazzled on her wedding in a red lehenga and heavy jewellery, her guest list was also star-studded. Celebrities like Jacqueline Fernandez, Rani Mukherjee, Karan Johar, Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, and Shanaya Kapoor etc., were seen gracing the wedding with their presence.

Her cousins Arjun Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, and Shanaya Kapoor looked stunning in their sister’s wedding. Sonam’s sister Rhea Kapoor was also decked up for the function. All the guests in the Punjabi wedding looked like the authentic Punjabi cousins but in a million dollar avatar.

The theme for the wedding was kept pink by Sonam Kapoor. All the guests were seen wearing pink on the occasion except some who decided to give the theme a miss. As they arrived at Sonam Kapoor’s maasi’s bungalow where the wedding ceremony took place, the paparazzi couldn’t help but gaze at the beauties. Some online fashion magazine and entertainment portals even made a list of the best and worst dressed actresses on the function. Here’s a look.

BEST DRESSED

  • Kareena Kapoor

As Kareena Kapoor stepped down from the car with husband Saif Ali Khan, son Taimur Ali Khan, and sister Karisma Kapoor, the media couldn’t help but gaze at the beauty of this nawabi bahu. She wore a light and fresh baby pink lehenga and kept her makeup and accessories to a minimum. As she waved to the media, her flying kiss won every heart.

  • Janhvi Kapoor

It won’t be wrong to call Janhvi Kapoor’s style game perfectly on point on her cousin Sonam’s wedding. She chose a pink pastel lehenga with a blue chunni. The chokar neckpiece and evenly tied bun won all the hearts.

Rani Mukherjee decided to go against the theme of the wedding and chose a dark blue lehenga with golden work and a very deep neckline. Unfortunately, the dark colour could not come out during the daytime.

  • Karisma Kapoor

While many loved Karisma Kapoor’s white lehenga with shades of pink and her green choli, there were many who could not digest her look. She also kept her makeup minimal.

Sonam Kapoor, the fashion diva of Bollywood, tied the knot with beau Anand Ahuja, this morning. While the bride and the groom looked adorable in all their appearances, it’s time to talk about the style quo of the guests at the reception party, which was organized tonight at The Leela, Mumbai.

The overall fashion fever was low at the reception of the fashionista. Most of the B-Town ladies were unimpressive with only few making the exception.
